Hello everyone just joined a last week, got my program, actually getting ready to hit the gym just had a quick question. 3 of my exercises for today, incline bench, dumbell bench, and dumbell bench, were we enter the weight, on mine their is already weight there, is that telling me to use that amount and if so why are these three exercises the only ones where the weight is already filled in? Welcome to the site newbreed. Seems like a glitch in your program. FT never puts in the weight for a memeber as they don't really know ones stregnth. Lift what you think you are capable of doing. It takes a few tries.
