Hey, im only about 130, yea im small and pretty skinny......how can i gain weight quick?

Simple...consume more calories than you burn in a day. How often do you eat? What do you eat? What's your activity level? Are you a "hardgainer"?

well, i eat a meal about 3 times a day, but im always eatin on somethin, i dont seem to gain weight easily, and its mainly fast food i eat and snacks, i dont really do much activities, besides working out about 3 to 4 times a week

You need a meal plan, not just eatin on something all the time. This usually doesn't work. You need a set 5-6 meal a day plan, high in protein and good complex carbs. Even some simple carbs earlier in the day would not hurt you on an all out gain plan. But, consistency is key. Figure your maintenance calories. Then as rpacheco says, consume higher amount than your maintenance. Start with maybe 500, when the gain stops or if it does not start, then increase 100 a day till the gaining starts again. Hold there. Keep this up till you are happy with your gains. Train hard, and alot of it should be good lean tissue.

well, here's an example of an average meal i eat a day:
usually 2 to 3 fried eggs(somebody explain to me what whole eggs and egg whites it, yea im stupid)
small can of tuna
two hamburgers and french fries
and a chicken breast and rice.....how is this, im gonna get a protein powder this week, will this also help me?

i didnt mean a meal, i meant this is usually what i eat everyday, how does it sound? i dont mean this is what i eat EVERY SINGLE DAY, but this is what i eat 3 to 4 times week........
