I am now in week 2 on the Weight loss program. I have not lost any weight as of yet. I have 3 balananced meals a day. and I am eating fruit for my other two meals with Health and fit's Amino Acid (horse Pills!!)
I have been as true as possiable to the program, there are some exersices that I can't preform due to lack of equipment. my diet has improved but I still can't seem to take in more the 1900 calories.

I have done everything that site states but still seem to stay at the same weight and have not lost 1 single pound. Am I missing something here??

Thanks for any help.....

Congrats, you are doing everything right. Don't get discouraged. You sound a lot like me, I expected immediate results and thought I was doing everything wrong. If there are things you don't have the equipment to do, try to find something similar that you can do. I think you can choose a catagory for training at home with little or no equipment. In finding this site I found out that actual weight loss is a lot harder to gage when you are working out and changing to a healthier way of eating. There is a lot of good advice to be found in these posts. First thing everyone told me was to stay off the scales for a while and take measurements instead. And to notice how my clothes fit and look for changes in the shape of my body. Some have even told me that I may end up gaining weight before I start losing, but to hang in there. It seems persistence and dedication are the keys. Of course hope and faith don't hurt. Muscle is more dense than fat so when exchanging fat for muscle the scales are not a good judge. In saying these things to you, I am reaffirming them for myself as I have a real hard time with not seeing the scales go down, but I feel better than I've ever felt in my life. Hope this helps.

Thanks azredhead...
I'm trying not to weigh myelf but after a good workout, it's like you expect to see the scales drop(even just a little). I will ask my wife to hide them tonight so I can't find them. Thanks for your respond..

Thanks
