Hey everyone, can someone tell me the proper conversion for kg's to lbs? I cannot remember it for the life of me? Thanks. "Work Hard, Play Hard, TRAIN HARDER".

:o) Sure.
Take the number of kilograms and multiply it by 2.2 to get the number of pounds.
And this website can help you with weight conversions:

Divide lbs by 2.2 for kgs, and multiply for the reverse.
