The veggies listed and all their fat content and other stuff is that raw or cooked. Will there be more fat or will it change all the numbers if they are cooked?
They are raw. No changings if you don't add fat to the cooking but the carbs can change from slow to fast burning (from complex to simple carbs, the glycemic index gets higher.... Example is raw versus cooked carrots).
