I'm a little concerned about the amount of carb/fat/calories ft sugguests I take in. Here is what they say I should consume:

Carbohydrates -
415 g
Fats -
32 g
Total Calories -
2580 current goal
-----------------------

I think I got about 10-12 pounds of fat to lose, but I want to loose it this year. I am sticking to their sugguestions of only whole grain foods and carbs though.

what do you think? Too many calories?

I'm working out 4 days a week and cardo for 30 minutes (atleast) 4 days a week also.

Seems good to me. The thing you must remember is that to lose weight you have to eat eat eat. 5-6 small meals per day that are high in protein.

I believe the guide mentions at 10% +/- variable. So you can do 374 g carbs, 29 g fats and 2322 calories. Remember, you need the carbs and calories as fuel in your workouts and cardiovascular activities.
