Hi,

My current program is about to end (this week). I followed the directions that at the end of this post, but I dont see my schedule for next week.... Does anyone have any idea of when I will be able to see my new program's first week?

Congrats on going through with your program. Hope it was successfull.
Once your program actually ends, then chose another.
Usually one would take a week off, after the program to give your body a rest.
