Hospital Soup Diet

First off....*waves to everyone*.....its been AGES since I've been on!

Has anyone heard of this diet? You go on for 7 days....eat this soup whenever your hungry and for example: fruit day 1, veggies day 2, etc etc..

I tried it last week and lasted 2 days! LOL I guess my blood sugar got really low and I felt light-headed and thought I was gonna pass out.

Guess I learned my lesson. Just wondered tho, if anyone else tried this diet and felt this way?

That is a hoax diet thats been around for years.
Unless you have some magic chemistry in your body, it might work.
I tried it myself and lasted a day and a half, the shakes were terrible, (as in tremor), and really weak!

what's in it?, sounds like the cabbage soup diet, yuk!!! that was a bad one.

I've tried it. I was a low point, because I was exercising for so long and I wouldn't lose weight. It was my first diet I've ever tried. My boyfriend and I did it together. We did it the whole week, but I thought I was going to die because I hated the soup, but my boyfriend loved it. We worked out during that week also. My boyfriend lost a few pounds but I didn't. The only good thing I can say about the diet is that once I finished it I hardly ever crave the bad food(junk and starchy). I still like candy, but I can't eat potatoes any more. Also, it cut down on our pasta eating. the good thing for my boyfriend, is that, it doesn't drink as much pop any more. He use to drink only pop, and now he's down to maybe two bottles a week. He also stopped craving fast food. Athough the diet didn't work as planned, it stopped some of our bad eating habits.
