Save your money. Don't get suckered into all of the advertising hype. You're part of a target market for most supplement companies now because most teens don't do their research before buying these products. There are way too many people that believe they'll get huge or burn a ton of fat just by taking one 'magic' supplement. It won't happen. Chances are you already know that by now. Its no secret: Hard work and a great diet are the keys to achieving your goals.

I have been doing some reading on this too, and besides it being a complete waste of money, can be dangerous. In a nutshell, if you have too much blood flow to say the muscles, it is taking needed blood to the brain and organs, which can cause serious problems. Be careful, and don't fall for marketing hype for one, and be healthy.

I've taken NO2 for a month and all I can say is don't take it. It did give me a extra boost but it also made me hostile and very tired. It hasn't been tested yet so you don't know what the side effects are. I'm going to go the all naturial route for now on because I have been dihing doough out to gmc for these miracle supplyments and they are not worth it nor healthy. My friend also took NO2 and he stopped after a week because it made him throw up everyday for some reason.
