Hello everyone, I am new to posting here but have been around lurking and learning for some time. I would really like to work on my hips/glutes and shape them up more but dont want to overtrain them so I thought I would ask if my two leg days per week were too much. My quads and hams are pretty solid and in good shape but it is the area that leads to my glutes that still has a bit of cellulite on it and would like it more firmed up. I do a heavy day at the gym on Mondays going heavy as I can doing 4x12,10,8,6 on leg press, extension, curl, butt blaster and adductor/abductor machines. Then on Friday I will do a light DB workout with about 4x15-30 reps doing squats, plie squats, lunges. I also do cardio about 4 days per week for 30-60 minutes and have noticed a big difference in bf once I started doing more cardio. So does this leg routine sound ok or should I skip the second day and do more cardio like the stairmaster which I love?? I am also 32yo, 5'2", 105lbs, lift 3 days per week and 4 days cardio, my diet is pretty good also with lots of protein and I take glutamine as well. I would really appreciate any input you can give.
Thanks and you have all given great advice in the past!

How about this??? One leg day do upper/outer legs, quads and calves. Such as squats, leg presses, and seated calves. Then on your second leg day,(about 4-5 days later) do lower legs, hams and glutes. Such as leg extensions, sissy squats, leg curls and lunges. A lot of women can benefit greatly from 2 a week leg workouts. You might think about skipping cardio on these days, or at least doing it about 8 hours later.
