Hi, I´ve just began my program a week ago, and today I knew that I´m pregnant, so I want to know if I can continue with the same routine or do you have to change it.

Hi and welcome to FT, and congrats to you on your pending arrival. If I was in your shoes though I would check with my doctor about what to do and not to do. There is a girl at my gym that worked out quite hard and just recently ahe also found out that she was expecting. She still works out but not quite as hard as she did before. I have heard and read that exercising while you are pregnant helps with the labor. I wish someone had told me that 24 years ago. Good luck to you.

Thanks sandysford.
6 months ago I began swimming 840mts at least 5 days a week, and still do it. Since I began the program I changed completely my diet, now I eat healthy, no more coke and junk food.
