I have lost almost 100 lbs but still have these pesty 12 pounds that are kicking my arse right now. My food plan is struggling as well. I have no will power right now! I got my workout plan "tweaked" so hopefully that will give me a boost. It is had though cuz.......the pt that tweaked my plan told me to stay off the scales, she said that I WILL lose inches and really firm up but I might put pounds ON do to the fact that I am building the muscles. THIS IS SOOOO HARD for me to do!!! I lost 1/2 of my weight doing weightwatchers online and the number on the scales has been a big issue with me. Any advise out here on getting over that number thing??

Hi. I'd go by the way your clothes fit. Also take your measurements. Im sure the inches will be melting off. Good luck.

Welcome to FT and use measurements to guide yourself, muscle is heavier and the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn. Good luck with all your goals.
