Mine today:
6:30am - 20mins aerobic exercise
7am - hot oat bran cereal sprinkled with protein powder, 2 cups fat free skim milk
9am - 2 boiled eggs(whites only), 3oz sugar free jello
12pm - 6oz plain hickory smoked tuna, 1 slice wheat bread, 1 granny smith apple, handful of walnuts
3pm - 1 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1/8 cup salsa
5:30pm - 4oz broiled white fish, 1 cup spinach
8pm - 3oz sugar free jello, 1/2 cup carrot sticks
No clue if this is good or not. I'm trying to lose about 100lbs of fat. :)
