How would one properly go about cycling this for 6-8 weeks? How much should be taken each day/each week? Also, how much L-Glutamine should I consider adding into the equation? Any general advice would be very helpful. Thank you in an advance.

Take the 1-ad with 4-ad. Combined with the 4-ad you should see some pretty good gains, as long as your diet and workout routine is up to par. Without the 4-ad your libido may decrease and you may become more lethargic. You can match the 4-ad with the same amount of mg you plan to take with the 1-ad. Your post cycle you should use 6oxo to help retain the gains you've made.

I would go with the suggested dosage as the bottle recommends , make SURE you take it after a FULL meal, and drink EXTRA water above what you are drinking now. Some of the side effects I have read about are abdominal pains and painful urination ( the above , taking on full stomach and EXTRA water should eliminate the side effects. )

Cycle off it for as long as you cycled it , or MORE ( so , 6-8 weeks on , 8-10 off ).

What about using 1AD with one of the nors? Would this work well?

Nor-diol would be good, BUT ...it would push sex drive ( possibly ) down even more on top of what the 1-ad may decrease it.

When should I take these during the day?

For instance, I like to work out early in the morning before I have eaten a meal. Will it be detrimental to take the supplement after I have worked out?

Excuse my lack of knowledge on the subject, and thank you very much for your responses.

Follow the label on the bottle. Other then that I am not sure , because as far as dosage...different people will take diff amounts.

I do know you will want to take it on a FULL stomach!

No, but do follow directions and the side effects, if any should be minimal.

Different people react differently , so one person cannot say if there are never side effects or not.

Good luck , you should see good gains...make sure you eat alot and eat clean and workout hard and the results should be nice!

MAKE SURE you follow the cycle with something like 6oxo!!
