I've taken hydroxycut before and have seen good results with it. I was wondering if anybody knew of any other fat burners that cost less but work just as well as hyrdroxycut, if not better...

Well, if you are looking for that ephedra thing, I believe GNC(yes, I am saying the unthinkable), has Prolabs Thermogenic Thyrolean on sale for about 8 dollars a bottle. The same as hydroxycut, etc. They are normally around $34.00. I personally do not recommend anything with ephedra, but if you must.....

You're hot shaipnai. I can think of 10,000 ways to burn fat with you, but the most stable and safe in my opinion is caffeine. Go get 'em girl ;)

but i heard that caffeine is a very potent mineral and vitamin depleter. it removes especially calcium from your body at alarming rates. Correct me if i'm wrong.

I agree with Ron about products with stims, but if you're looking for a good product that still has ephedra (since so many companies have and will drop it), I suggest Animal Cuts by Universal Nutrition. BTW, they do have an ephedra free version as well.

Actually I've been getting good results using the ephedra free hydroxycut. I haven't used ephedra yet but have been considering it..

I am taking your pix to a plastic surgeon. Can you make me look like that I will ask??? OMG But seriously I do not recommend ephedra. I work in the medical profession and hear horror stories about diet aids and crazy eating habits too. There is a product called Lean System 7 that is supposed to be good. I posted on that but did not get any specific answer to this product. Maybe someone out there knows something. IMO you do not need to loose an inch. You have a figure that any woman envies and men howl at the moon for. Keep it up.

Alright I'm going to rant for a minute so bare with me. Ephedra is safe for people to use. It is only when an individual MISS uses the DRUG that it is unsafe. People who abuse ephedra, sorry for being blunt, earn what the receive. One can not go and work out strenuously, not drink any water, and wonder why they passed out. You can't go out and take 3x the recommended dosage and wonder why your hearts beating 240 times a minute. Ephedra acts like a stimulant, it dehydrates you. So drink water. If your just returning to an active life style, not in very good shape, have a heart condition, or lead a sedentary life style don't take ephedra. Be smart about it. There are no legal wonder supplements/drugs that will fix all of your problems.

I've taken ephedra based products befor and had great results. I don't take them for an exstended period of time. Usually I stop after 45-60 days. I'm very careful how and when I consume them. And I always make sure I drink a lot of water.

I also agree with oxdp954. Any drug can be dangerous if abused. Death from a drug such as aspirin can occur with as little as ten grams, but you don't hear of any panic or public outcry to get it off the shelves, or legislation to outlaw it's use. Ignorance breeds fear.

Not just abuse, but misuse can occur if you don't read the FINE print. And let me tell you it is fine so take you're magnifying glass. The label warns against all kinds of pre-existing conditions, including high blood pressure. And it warns to consider any other meds you may be taking. I am taking one that was on the list, so I have to avoid it. Just thought I'd throw that in.
