I discontinued working out because I had pain in my elbow. I have tried to do some pushups and my elbows would start hurting again, then it would subside shortly after...I was wondering what is this and how to correct it?
where is the pain I know you said elbow but is it inner or on the outer part(near the forearm) Could be tennis elbow ice it rest it and see what happens. If it stays longer thatn a week or so go to a doctor....
