IT REALLY JUST DEPENDS OPN WHAT YOU ARE GOING FOR SUCH AS DEFINATION OR STRENGTH B/C TONING IS A WIDE AND OPEN SUBJECT.
IF YOU ARE GOING FOR STRICT DEFINATION I WOULD SUGGEST LUNGES,SQUATS,LEG CURLS, LEG EXT, BUT YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO WORK OUT THE GLUTES AND LOWER BACK IN ORDER FOR YOU LEGS TO RECIEVE THE WORK OUT THAT YOU DESIRE.
