i wanna just eat peanut butter for my fat intake like a scoop before i work out, and have the other part of my diet consist of chicken, veggies, fruit and salads. And protein shakes like once a day. Plus a nutrgrain bar for breakfast.Im not sure how much protein i need 2 make the gains i want.Or if i can keep a firm tight stomach but not lose the mass i have 2 work with ya kno.
