Hi:
I used to have pain one or two days after the work out. But now, My muscle hurt only during the work out.
Any reason?

Usually AN adaptive response will occur with training & delayed onset muscle sorness will somewhat diminish. This is normal & is not always a sign of inadequte training as long as you are still making gains. As far as experiencing pain during exercise more information is needed to respond. Some disconfort due to latic acid buildup is normal, however actual pain during movement can be a sign of concern & may require an opinion from a medical practitioner.

I had a similar problem while training shoulders. I experienced slight pain in my left shoulder...just enough to make it unconfortable, but it felt fine when I wasn't working it.
I skipped my shoulder exercises the next week and the pain went away. You might just need to rest the muscle(s) for a week or so.

Sorry, I was not clear when I said Pain. I meant a good pain, the one you get when you have a good work out. I don't get that any more as I used to !

Oooooohhhh, ok...you're feeling the burn while doing the exercise but not afterwards. Yeah, plfitness is right...
