O.k. people, does anyone know the best exercise to increase your shoulder width? I would like to have slightly wider physique from shoulder to shoulder..anyone?

ft has a specific workout for shoulders. Have you looked at that?

You might want to do try standing laterals, sitting laterals, machine pullovers, military press, arnold press, they all work, and like azredhead57 said, try out a program here on ft and add in the shouders routine. I just finished an 8 week prgram and Have had success. Don't forget to eat well.
