Hi, i'm new to this site.
anyways, i'm thinking of using creatine, but i want to get some research done about it first. Like, how does it work, short/long term side effects, benefits (like easier to bulid muscle mass), negatives etc... so if you guys have any reference sites, it would help ALOT. or even if you have info based on personal experiences, that would help too!
thanks, bye

You would serve yourself well by doing a net search for creatine. Creatine is probably the most researched supplement in history, and there is literally tons of good research you can read.

I don't think creatine works in that manner. It helps you build.. but if you were to drop using it one day.. you wouldn't be weaker than yesterday... but your progress might slow a bit. (but you won't wither like Popey running out of spinach)

But as da man said.. (BB being da man) do some research. These boards have many posts you can look up.. as do other web sites. There are proper ways of taking it... and many different forms. Good luck to you!
