hi people , the problem is that my right half of the body is much stronger than the left half , my left arm thighs , forearms , shoulders , chest have more stronger muscles with a little more bulge than my right half . is this a very usual tendecny as i am a right hander and basketball player and am not very comfotbale with my left hand in the game too . please advice my something , it really bothers me at times , cuz as i am working out i can see my right bisceps having more bulge than my left biscep and also during dumbell presses and bench presses in the final stages(i.e. the last set) i can feel at times that i can hold with my right hand but not my left .

Hello phantom :o)
Perhaps, when you lift weights or workout, concentrate more on the left side of your body until it matches the strength in your right. I believe, since I don't feel I'm abnormal..well maybe a little <smile>.., that the difference in strength is a normality.
You will have more definition and bulk to a muscle that you use more often as opposed to one you rarely use....that would make sense to me :o)
