Hello again :o)
The consensus is that your body requires 1 gram of protein per 2.2 lbs of body weight.
Try to check out some of the ingredient labels on protein shakes. Shakes are an excellent source of protein.
Other sources for you would be soybeans (1 cup cooked contains 28 grams of protein) and tofu (3.5 oz contains 16 grams)....Tofu is great as an addition to dishes...tends to soak the flavor of what it is cooked in..

It all really depends on your training, lifestyle, and goals, phantom. But RW is right: start with a MINIMUM 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight, and go up from there.

Most go with the 1gram per lb of bodyweight. Don't worry if you are not exactly on. You would want to add on to jefado's list of protein sources (veggie) lentills and chick peas. Don't use the canned varieties as they contain way to much sodium!
