my goal....well I have a few but to start with, I am 22 5'2" and weigh 140 lbs..I want to lose 20 lbs. I just came back form traveling and since I drank beer the whole time away from home (a month) I gained a lot of unwanted weight. Any advice as to what I can do?

Welcome Miss Michelle. I'm sure if you get on one of the exercise programs from FT you will reach your goal.
