IM BRAND NEW TO THIS PROGRAM AND WAS WONDERING WHAT 'INPUT WEIGHT'WAS. HOW DO YOU INPUT WEIGHT ON PUSHUPS? IM REALLY CONFUSED.

Input weight is the amout of weight you use for resistance other than your natural body weight. For example, if you where doing crunches with body weight only then you enter nothing, but if you had a 45lb. plate on your chest then you would enter 45. Hope this helps.
