i have been taking protein shakes and creatin twice a day for about a week and i have already gained a half'n inche in my arms and i have gained a inch and a half in my chest.will i contine to grow like that regulay or will i start to slow down?

The effective window for creatine is usually 6-8 weeks thn it is advisable to take 4 weeks off of it. creatines greatest effects are usually between weeks 3-5 & then start to taper. Also if you skip the loading phase you wont bloat up but you will ususally end up with the same gains by the end of the cycle without the side effects normally encountered with loading. One more note; if you start to experience any unusual back pain while on creatine there is a chance of a possible buildup o creatine byproducts in the kidneys, so simply reduce your daily intake of creatine & this should go away in a couple of days, & don't worry droping the dose won't hurt your results as the buildup is caused by too much so more is not always better.
