Today I finally had my first creatine drink. I have been reading many online posts and I ended up more confused then before. I was hoping if I could get you opinion about my doubts: is it ok to get creatine with water or skim or even with the protein shake (whey/soy, skim milk and banana) instead of sports drinks and juices? Another doubt I have is about when to take it: best in the morning, or before or after workout?

Mix it with your protein shake or water immediately after your workout and in the morning with breakfast on your off days. Consume some higher-glycemic carbs about 15-20 minutes after you take your creatine.
