Hard work will work better than any supplement. A solid diet and disciplined workout routine will do more than any one supplement ever will. There are no magic pills or supplements and there probably never will be. Supplements are taken only because we cannot get the required nutrition our bodies need to properly grow and repair themselves just from the foods we eat. Keep track of what you eat and supplement the desired nutrients from there. Protein is VERY important. Be sure to consume at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. If you're not getting enough, eat more. If you're still not consuming enough protein, then you should consider protein supplements. Your diet will have a lot to do with what you look like.
