If you are trying to gain weight, you should probably feel like you are overeating, it's tough to stuff yourself so much at first, but it gets easier over time....
I find eating early and consistently throughout the day really helps...
If you need to know what is high in calories goto www.calorieking.com it's got a much better nutrition guide then this site.

I have checked out www.calorieking.com and they suggest that I take in 2100+. That a BIIIGG differance. which should I follow. Personally I'd like the 2100 vs the 3500 for losing weight. any thoughts or suggestions???

Add some egg whites to your eggs and add a piece of whole wheat toast. Add 5 oz of grilled checken breast to your salad. Have 3-6 oz of tuna in place of one of your cottage cheese snacks. Instead of your sandwich have another grilled chicken breast and a baked sweet potato or a cup of veggies and some brown rice. It will seem like a lot at first and you will feel like you are eating all the time, but eventually (I'm told...lol) you will get used to it. I have been eating like this since May 1 and had to go from 1200 to 1900. I already thought I was eating a lot. I am still getting used to it and I feel full all the time, but I think it has helped my workouts a lot. Like they say, anything worth doing is worth doing right. Spend a little time re-planning your diet and then keep it written down in front of you so you don't have to think about when and what, you just have to follow your schedule. Before you know it, it will be habit...a good one.

Thanks guys I will try some to mix it up a little and add more veggies and proteins. My main probelm is no access to a stove or microwave at work so everything has to be cold unless I go out to eat. Normally I only eat a sandwich if i have to work 2nd job that night. And then I'm stuck eating that in the car. so I can't really eat a "normal" meal. I sure I will be back after I rethink and come up with more ideas. thanks for the help!
If any one else has any sugesstions I would love to hear them.
Thanks
