I have tried to figure out that nutrition calculator but I am apparently not smart enough. Has anyone else had trouble inputing info into it? How do you input a 12' whole wheat turkey, ham and roast beef sub?
My God Jim, I'm a doctor not a human nutrition calculator!
My God Jim, I just wanna lose my gut not be a walking food computer.
My God Jim, My pants are too tight.
My God Jim, My love handles need warp speed help.
Seriously though, I have read the nutritional tracker and it doesn't love me. Is there an easier one to use elsewhere?
Can calorie counters and food lables be believed?
As far as supplements go I bought GNC 100% whey. Is it really 100% whey. I have gained weight since I started using the FT nutrition guide. I have fallen about 20% short of the total calorie reccomendation but been right on regarding protien and fat intake.

My God Jim....that's a lot of questions! I haven't used it but I have heard other people complain. From what I gathered you have to pick a food that is similar if your particular one is not there. Hopefully someone else will chime in. As far as food labels, I'm getting skeptical. I bought 3 different bags of frozen chicken breasts and all 3 had different info per oz. I have an online nutrition chart that gives an even different one. And I hate the ones that say 'an apple' like all apples weigh the same. I guess we just do the best we can, huh?

I use the nutrition tracker on this site religiously and it works great for me. Since you are "pro" you can add custom foods too. I guess I never found it to be difficult at all. If you need to add a sandwich, then you will have to add each piece individually... ie 4 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese...bread, etc etc.
