I'm just graduating highschool, and as a social drinker, I'm finding it hard to keep myself on track. Party one night, eat some pizza or a burger, have a couple drinks, and my gym routine goes right down the drain.
I'm an army reservist trying to get into shape for the summer, but that also means I work some pretty dumb hours alongside going to school. Does anyone have any quick food ideas that are good for a school student, as well as ways to keep myself on track during this great time of parties?
