OK, I followed the recommended C/F/P from ft for the last week and to my amazement, I actually started back down weightwise. It seemed like I was eating way too much. My question yesterday hit on this a little. I was afraid I was going to have to go back to school for a degree in nutrition. "anabolic, catabolic, fiberous carbs etc." It was making my head hurt. My weight had plateaued for about 4 weeks. A little faith giving results is a good thing. My question is should I back my C/P/F intake down a bit on rest days?
Thanks, Charlie

Rest days are for training not eating. It actually takes 7 days for our muscles to fully recover so we have to keep them recovering with good nutrition. Keep enjoying the clean food, even on rest days. The only time the diet should go aside is maybe on a cheat meal.
Hope this helps.

It is really good for keeping the metabolism up. Just make sure you eat around 4-5 (sometimes 6) small meals a day.
