After my wife & I had our first child, I couldn't find time to train regularly. Now that I am ready to train 4-5 days a week, I wiegh the same as last year, but have lost muscle and gained fat around my waist. What to you reccommend for cardio to supplement my hardcore lifting schedule. I have my own gym & that allows me to get real intense especially with supersets. What type of cardio should I do?
Are you use to do any cardio?
Start out slowly and build your way up.
HIIT is great but alternate with long lasting endurance cardio as well.
3/4 times a week is enough.
