I'm building mass in the mid section and when working out my lower abs with one of the only excersises, hanging leg raise things, I hear clicking in my back. I do these from a chin-up bar in my room, with weights on my feet. Is it ok to hear clicking in the back? Or is there a way to correct this with better form or sumthing?

If it hurts - stop it. If its just kind of noise, there is a large degree of realignment among vertebrae and bones with normal use. As you get older, you'll be hearing clicks nearly every time you move.

It may well be worth while checking with a medical professional - chiropractor, osteopath, or md.

Listen to you body - again, if it hurts, stop.
