I just want to say hi and that I hope I can do this. I am a very busy woman but never take weight off. I work full time and take care of my own daughter plus I have three extra ones living with me at this time till there dad gets back from Iraq. I feel disappointed alot of times because at my job I am always walking and lifting. But like I said I never lose any weight. So please give me some positive points. Thank you.

Hi and Good luck Stephanie. You mentioned you were doing a lot of lifting and walking at your work, but how is your diet? Sadly if the diet is not right it will impede any weight loss you may wish to bring about. A combination of both exercise and diet may be just what you may be looking for. I wish you luck.

Hi! I a new member and am looking forward to Free Trainers. A little background on me: I have been excercising since Jan and have lost 20+lbs. I had a cancerous kidney removed, underwent radiation therapy and let myself get lazy and soft. I have reached a plateau and hopefully with your help I can kickup my weight loss.

Hi...I just join Free Trainers and I am very excited about the site. I am a Mom of a 10 yr old and until recently had become very inactive. I have allowed the weight to pile on and have had a difficult time trying to get it off. I have learned that I need help along with diet AND exercise. I've joined a gym but feel lost because I don't have a workout plan, so I hope to learn a lot and hopefully get some helpful tips. Thanks for this site it is great!!!
