Hey, I'm a 15 year old, I'm 6'2", 175 pounds and work out....... I'm going on a beach trip in about a month. I have strong abs but I have a little bit of fat, so you can't see the full six-pack that I want. What is your advice for me to lose that little bit of fat the fastest way possible? Remember I only have a month and I play basketball very often. -------------- If Satan ever tries to remind you of your past, just tell him of his future! |

Stop eating processed foods and white carbs. You have to really watch the fatty stuff to lose that layer of fat that is hiding your abs.-------------- You can walk to anywhere you want, it only takes time. Ivan Montreal Canada (aka SpongeBob Square Pants to some!) |

I've been told by several trainers that if a food is not on this following list, then do not eat it to only eat foods on the FRUIT/SIMPLE CARB list first thing in the morning or after a lifting workout:

White Potatoes have a high glycemic index, meaning they spike your blood sugar level very high right after you eat them. The energy is available for a short time, if you don't use it, it's stored as fat. If you do plan on eating them, try eating 15-30 minutes before your workout. I would just avoid them all together myself, but thats just me.-------------- If I could give one piece of advice, it would be you\'re only on loan in this world, take advantage of the time in which you are here, tomorrow it may be time to go home and meet your Creator\" |
