It is the weirdest thing. When i exercise, my ears will pop and then i can hear my breath like a freight train going through my head. They usually pop back and forth the entire workout. It is only after i finish that they return to normal.
Am i the only freak with this problem?
Does anyone know what it is?

I'm pretty sure i am breathing...i do alot of yoga and a main focus is deep breathing (the problem didn't appear when i started yoga it was present before).I know i'm breathing after it happens because i can hear it so LOUDLY!
Is there a special way i should be breathing?

hmmm sometimes when i do cardio i hear a rattle in my head...it really cracks me up, like there's some old cheerios in there shaking around. i just take notes of these little insignifican things and bring them up when i go to the doc next instead of making a special trip.

Hehehe a rattle in your head? OMG that would drive me nuts! (even more than I already am)

Good think it's probably something only you can hear.. could you imagine if others could hear it? now that would be funny.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that can hear... I wish someone would just make it go away... and the voices! why won't they stop??
