Ok, so I just had to try it. I can only use hotsauce so many times before I need something new.
The results: The cottage cheese was real hot and runny, but tasted pretty good.

That just sounds really nasty. LOL! Did you just put the cottage cheese in the middle of the omelette?
I use chopped tomato, onion, peppers, and mushrooms in mine. :p
Hmm. Wonder what tuna would be like in there...

This a great before bed meal, but why not make the omlette and have the cottage cheese on the side?? LOL..Can't imagine hot cottage cheese. Or if you prefer, this is great, put in blender 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 4 eggwhites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, vanilla and some cinammon. Blend and pour onto hot plate in pancake size amounts, grill for a couple minutes on each side, and great pancakes. Top with some Atkins sugar free/calorie free syrup, and mighty tasty. If you are trying to gain, this is a great before bed meal, or it could be your breakfast in the morning.

haha ya, that woulda made more sense bb1!
To Jennifer: Ya I just put it right in the middle. I think I've tried just about everything with eggs... My favorite is the chicken fajita omelette (peppers, onions, chicken, sometimes even shredded lettuce or spinach and a little cheese).
