I have just currently began to follow a diet plan, I posted a week or two ago, I am 5'9 166 lbs, trying to tone up and get a lot of definition. I am doing well with my diet but my question is this, if my recommended limit of protein is 175g how far is too far under this? I can only get up to about 100-110 g per day. Is this okay, if not how can i get the rest? I eat egg whites, beans, steak, tuna, also eat power bar, plus protein bites and I am still short. Thanks for your help?

I don't know what else to say except eat more! I mean, if you were eating the normal amounts of what you listed, you should already be pretty close, if not over, 175g. A simple 30g for 5 meals is already 150g, so it is pretty easy to get to. The less protein you take in, the more detremental it is to your training for sooooo many reasons; so pull up a chair to that dinner table, and get to work!
