I'm living in Korea.. I don't make my own meals, I am eating korean meals that i don't always know everything i am eating, but usually it involves squid and seaweed and always it includes rice...
my problem is that i can't find anything on the Nutritional Plan that matches what i am eating, so i am having to give up on tracking my food...
any suggestions what to do, i would customize my own foods, but i don't know what is in most of the foods to be able to do that...

Hmmm interesting delemma! I'd do some online reaseach to see if you can find some info on the foods you're eating. There's a "custom food" section where you can input your own info there. Try that. Maybe someone else can give you some ideas of where to look up your specific foods. Good luck and welcome!

You might want to try fitday.com....it has a larger database of fods and you can add your own providing you know the approximate weights.

Ravenwolf, thanks... I have decreased my portion sizes over the past year, but with my teaching schedule, i can usually only get in 2-3 small meals a day, there is no time between classes and since i finish work so late, i have to be really cautious what i eat and how late i eat it...
Ivan, thanks for the suggestion.. i'll give that site a glance as soon as i have time, i'll let you know if it has what i need.
