What do you put in the weight section when you do your weekly work-outs?

I think im confused with the same thing. I know what to put when you put in the repetitions, but the it says input weitght used. I know thats where you put what sized weight you were using. But i dont know what i would put when im doing the things like curls and push ups. Would i put my body weight for push ups, since thats what im lifting or what? Plz help me. Thank you
