Hello all, My name is Optimum and today is my first day here. I have always been in pretty good shape but lately I realize I need to put a little more effort into toning my body. I am a tall woman and truly have never had to worry about my weight. People see me as thin..but it's just my body type. I intend on strengthening my muscles and getting rid of some shake stuff around thighs and gluts(butt), other than that I do a lot of stretching and breathing exercises and some free weight stuff. It really doesn't take me long to increase muscle mass in my arms and back (these are my strong points). I have a mini-exercise studio which consists of a stationary bike, a piece of equipement that looks like the 'total gym', a rowing thing(not using), a seat thing that works back and waist(not using) and free weights, a bench, and some barbells. Trying to stay with a program. I am also a born-again Christian. My profession is counseling and teaching music. I am also very active in a Music Ministry. I am a singer/songwriter, play guitar, keyboard, piano, a little harmonica and drums. Well, that's me in a nutshell. Blessings to all and happy health!! In peace, Optimum-> Paula
