Hey there Dwight. Welcome to FT. Couple bits of advise for you. I'd focus on your diet firstly. Cut out the fats and start a good healthy meal plan. Eat plenty, but eat healthy. Protiens, grains, veggies.
Second, try to get some cardio in. Whether it be a brisk walk in your neighborhood, or using your exercise bike. Cardio is great for slimming down.
Lastly, pick up some free weights. They're rather inexpensive and a whole lot can be done with them. I would advise getting a pair which can have the wieghts switched on them. (IE not a set weight) This well help their flexibility of use. Building muscle will aid in your fat loss.
