Yes....gained 20lbs of lean mass on the 12-week Mass program. Your success will be relative to how strictly you follow your diet and how hard you train, though, so just using one of FT's programs by itself is not enough.

I just noticed that you're 14 years old. You probably have a crazy high metabolism that's fueling your growth still, so making drastic weight gains could be really difficult. You can, however, make great progress in your strength and overall fitness, which I think is a great goal for anyone. Good luck!

I think it works great. I used a lot of their programs as I started out and they helped me learn tons. Also their 12 week mass program really helped me get my legs going. You just have to do what mzak said.. train hard.. get a good diet.. follow the program.. and maintain good form...

yes, it DOES work, being around your age, im 16, i can help you out a little, just let me tell u this, i am on the 12 week ab thing, and i am on my 7th week and my abs are pretty cut!and i still have 5 weeks to go! i have 1 week left on my 8 week mass gain program, and i only gained about 8 pounds of muscle!! Stick with it, i did all this without any supplements too, and not on a real high protein diet, next time, im gonna take in a lot of protein and use supplements to see if i change

When I was 14, I did 60 pushups and 120 situps every night and every morning. In about two weeks I saw pretty noticeable growth. It doesn't take alot at your age.

That's insane. But I agree with what they say. I used to be a really fat kid around then with really skinny arms. I started doing dumbell curls with six pounders and in one week I gained 3 inches around my arms. By the way, what do you do if you have a slow metabolism. It gets worse when you are older.

now i have a question is there any 1 out here who tried anabolic steroids? cuz im turnin 18 and it ran through my mind and i wanted to know if any 1 knew whic kinds to reccomend. even though i know the risks but just wanna know thnx
