hi every1, im new here. I have been bodybuilding for aobut 4 months now. when i filrst started it was mainl;y for a bit of fat loss, but now it has been to get ripped!!! I have lost 41 pounds, and gone from 219 to 178 pounds! My body fat percentage has gone from 29% to 13% now!!! i want to drop my body weight to 165 by the end of the summer, hopefully i will be successful. i recently broke 2 of my fingers from a rollerblading accident and now im stuck in a cast for 16 more days, so i can only work on my legs for now, and do major cardio everyday.

Hey good luck chonga23. Sounds like you've come a long way already.. and like myself.. find new goals to set once you've reached your initial goals. Addicting isn't it? =)

hi i am new in here. I need some advise. Acually i don't know how to say this..but i got a very big chest..its like odd. my weight is now 170. iwant to lose weight and i also want to lose my chest. like i want it to flat i don't need any muscle.. So can any any one help me out
