Would anyone know what the powerbars equal in actual weight. I used to lift with freeweights until I moved into a small apt. now I have the crossbow but i can't keep track of my progress because the resistance is totally different from the lbs of free weights. And no I don't totaly rely on the crossbow I still use dumb bells for most of my exercises I just can't fit a weight bench in my house. Thanx in advance to whoever can help and I'd like to say this site is awsome I already started on a healthier dit because I'm able to track what I'm eating.
