Hey guys ive been workin out for some time now, but noting too serious and i wanna slim down for the summer, i am fairly slim but just need to get cut.
My specs are:
Age:16
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 187 lbs
Anyways, i want to be more seriosly involved in mu diet and i want someone to either direct me or quickly explain how eating carbs/ # of calories affects muslce growth and fat reduction....... I do cardio about 45 min a day 5 times a week....... thanks!
There are a LOT of posts here on what a clean diet consists of. Plenty of posts with tips on what and when to eat, and how much. I think if you look through them you will get a pretty good idea of what you need to do. Do you fill out the nutrition part of your profile? FT will help outline a eating plan for you. That's a good place to start.
