Anabolic steroids are a dead end road & not worth the risks trust me you do not want to find this out the hard way. Instead first make sure you are eating enough food & eating often enough(6-8 times per day), then try 1000 mg aceyl-l-carnitine & 5-10 grams of creatine monohydrate (both of wich are safe legal supplements) for 8-12 weeks while dinking tons of water & weight training regularly using 3 sets of ten reps with minimal rest between sets. This should pack on a good solid 10 lbs or so which should make a dramatic difference without endangering your health.I have had a little experience with the "anabolic" crowd & although steroids may be slightly more effective you will pay dearly for that 5-10 lbs extra you get from a cycle in comparison to the above "natural" alternative. good luck & above all else good health.

Sorry hefty. You won't find much support or help in anabolics here. As plfitness clearly stated, we'd urge you to avoid them but in the end the choice is yours of course. Good luck hefty.

You know, it's a funny thing steroids. 99% of the people who use them or want to use them will NEVER set foot on a bodybuilding stage, be a pro athlete or any other elite level anything, but yet, people still insist on getting the "edge". Well, here's a great way to get that "edge", stop feeling sorry for yourself, eat some damn food, and lift some heavy weight. It takes dedication, hard work and time to build muscle and a beautiful, balanced physique. Staying natural is the only way to go.

Anabolics include, but are not limited to, steroids. Other anabolics are glutamine, ZMA, protein, etc. The term 'anabolic' simply means that a substance builds or synthesizes more complex molecules/substances from smaller, less complex ones (i.e. muscle from protein). For mass, I would recommend eating more - plain and simple. No supplement will help you build mass like more food. If you still aren't consuming enough protein, start with a protein supplement. A good diet and a solid training routine will get you everything you want and more if you have the discipline and determination.

BTW, I am not anti-steroid. I just think there are better alternatives - like hard work, for one thing.

I am sure he wasn't referring to glutamine or anything else like that(most people wouldn't know the difference). If he was, I apologize.

I'm sure, too, dahayz. When people talk about anabolics they usually mean steroids. I'm just giving him alternatives.
