Do you take the recommended amount? Sometimes I feel that for women the recommended dosage is too much? Also about creatine, what exactly does water retention mean, do you bloat a lot? Too much? Let me know how you like the prodcut. Thanks.

Personally the reccomended dosage of cell tech is to much for me & I don't really consider myself to be a small guy. Creatine dosage should be in accordence with body wieght. if you are at or below 200 lbs then the average dosage should be between 5-10 grams per day & skip the loading phase as it is completely unnecessary. Also it is important to drink alot of water but don't worry the water will actually be pulled into the muscle & as long as you are getting enough water you wont retain water under thi skin (remember that large dosages of water has a diuretic effect). As far as muscletech goes I feel that it is a shame that a company who originally had such great ideas has exploited themselves into obscurity. I usually take plain creatine(EAS) with gatorade once daily after a workout for a peiod of 8-12 weeks at a time & typically gain aroun 10 lbs. Now according to muscletech their product is supposed to be 300% more effective & it is physically impossible to gain 30 lbs in 12 weeks without steroids (even with steroids you can only usually gain about 20 lbs) so I don't put too much faith in them or their products.
