How do you condition yourself so that you have good stamina? I eat right and everything. I cut down on the distances I run and do sprints instead because I want to keep my mass. I play basketball a couple times a week for an hour or two at a time and for some reason my endurance hasn't improved as I expected it to. Just playing a game of one-on-one today, I was already winded about a third of the game through and consequently played poorly the rest of the game.

With all your doing normally it should be enough to build up a good stamina. Okey you are doing sprints? For how long? I think the very best idea for you is to do HIIT and work your way up to longer and longer training (don't push yourself too hard to start with).
Secondly it's about your diet.
Before having a game eat some slow burning carbs a couple of hours before and just before or during the game drink enough water and eat a little dry fruit.
After the game, get some amino acids/protein shake and then eat a normal meal. Good luck!

run a mile every other day at least..do it the same time...eat and prepare the same way... purchase a stop watch a local Walmart. Everytime you run try and drop the time. I prefer to run in the morning at my lightest weight, get my metabolism going.. I workout in the afternoon and am still able to maintain bulk by eating throughout the day. for stamina you have to run run, sprints will make you fast, after the mile you perform some 100 yard sprints now that's stamina baby.
